The empowered woman

Introducing the Empowered Woman program—a three-month journey centered on three pillars of care: Education, Care, and Communication. Specifically designed to assist women in overcoming pelvic floor dysfunction and regaining their ability to engage in high-level activities without limitations, whether you haven't had children yet or continue to experience postpartum symptoms. This hybrid program seamlessly combines virtual educational content, personalized support and accountability, individualized workout plans, with the essential hands-on techniques from in-person physical therapy sessions. Offering flexibility to accommodate busy schedules, allowing you to learn at your own pace and schedule workouts according to your convenience. Ideal for women with demanding schedules who find it challenging to commit to traditional physical therapy sessions multiple times a week. Furthermore, traditional physical therapy treatments typically last 6-8 weeks, often insufficient for significant strength improvements. With the Empowered Woman program, you have the opportunity for long-term progress and meaningful results. Plus, the monthly cost is comparable to standard out-of-pocket copays for traditional physical therapy care, making it an accessible option for comprehensive support.

Education is the foundation of our program, empowering you to navigate pelvic floor dysfunction with confidence. We offer comprehensive education to ensure you receive a holistic approach to managing pelvic floor dysfunction. Together, we'll address all aspects of your journey, equipping you with the knowledge and tools needed to feel informed and empowered in reclaiming your pelvic health.
